Welcome to O-Chem!

Welcome to O-Chem. This blog will be devoted to learning organic chemistry. Material will be at a variety of levels, so I will label it as Introductory (for students in the typical 1-year introductory organic chemistry course given at most universities), Advanced (material that might be appropriate in an upper division undergraduate course, or maybe a first year course in graduate school), and Graduate (things geared more to graduate school students or professional chemists). I'm going to include both teaching material and material from the research world. I'll probably throw in some news as well here and there. I'm going to try to use tags to sort the posts, so you can do searches on things like 'mechanism' or 'synthesis' or 'ketone' or whatever. Thanks for reading. I hope that you find this useful.
